In our new series, called "Who We Are" where we will discuss some things that make us "Adventist." So if you've been a "Sevie" (SDA) for 100 years or just 1 day (or maybe not at all), this series will give you a great look at who we are and "why" we are.
This week at deeper we continue our series by taking a look at spiritual growth and what that means in our lives. We hope to see you there or here, online!
Connect With Us!
At DEEPER we're constantly looking for ways to connect with one another throughout the week. Why? Well, let's be realistic, how well do you get to know people in an hour on the weekend at a church service? You don't!
We hope you'll "join" our list of friend and family (simply click "Join" on the top or on the right menu). You don't even need to think up a new user name or password! Here's how it works. Do you have a Gmail account? Yahoo? AOL (or AIM)? MySpace (login as www.myspace.com/username)? A Flikr account (login as www.flickr.com/photos/username)? Or heck, even a Blogger (login as blogname.blogspot.com) or Wordpress (login as username.wordpress.com) blog? Then you can jump right in! The service utilizes OpenID, which is a cross-platform login which many providers already use. Basically it means most people can sign right on without doing anything extra. For all the ways you can link up with Deeper, check out the OpenID Directory.
**Note: exception is people using Hotmail (if you use NONE of the other services listed above), as Microsoft is still beta testing OpenID support for its Live platform (register your Hotmail account @ https://login.live-int.com). If you aren't able to register with Microsoft's OpenID testing with your Hotmail account, simply turn it into a Google account (does NOT require you to change to Gmail!) here: Google.com/accounts Just think of it as Google's version of the Windows Live ID.
