We’re on a Journey

The Forest Lake Church’s “Building Boldly for Jesus” campaign is the first of several steps in an exciting journey in our church’s future as we continue being faithful to our mission to be His light to the world.

If you’re a member or even a visitor to this campus, you know Forest Lake Church is “bursting at the seams”— five worship services each week, growing Sabbath school divisions and classes, dynamic mid-week services, and ministries of all kinds happening around the clock. To continue to fulfill our values and vision and our mission—to teach the Word of God, lead people to Jesus, and help others to do the same—we need expanded facilities.

This first step in our capital campaign will raise funds for much-needed expansion and improvements including: $2,184,000 for the purchase of five acres of land adjoining the west side of our campus; $4,000,000 for much-needed expanded parking; and $300,000 for the architectural and engineering designs to develop the project. As the campaign continues we look forward to building a 1,800-seat sanctuary, new classrooms and additional space for expanded ministries.

After much preparation and prayer, Forest Lake Church begins the journey toward a new time of physical and spiritual growth. Let’s continue to be His light to the world. Let’s “build boldly for Jesus.”
